The Playground:
The climate monsters can’t play until they clean up the playground filled with waste. Where does it all come from?

Meet the Authors and Illustrator
Behind the book series and the entire Little Climate Monsters universe you find, Helene and Morten Henneberg-Johansen. We created this, our debut children’s book series, to inspire children and their families. We address very simple climate and environmental situations, and then we have our six monsters solve them.
But who are Morten and Helene?
Helene is the author and a trained journalist, with a lifelong love for entertainment. She has later focused on cultural creation through GRØN FEST (Green festival), which was a sustainability/entertainment festival. And she has become very knowledgeable about climate and the environment through both the festival and the podcast “Klimaalfabetet” (Climate Alphabet), where experts share their knowledge.
Morten is the co-author and illustrator of Little Climate Monsters. He is a trained multimedia designer and is responsible for all the visual aspects, as well as website development.
As a debut author couple, a major source of inspiration has very naturally been our own family’s experiences and our two children.
